Individual Dog – Health Clearance Rebate Application – Jantel Fund
The Jantel Fund is pleased to be able to offer Society members a $100 (Cdn) rebate for hip (and elbow) and patella clearances. Eligibility is as follows: 1. All results must be published on the OFA database – normal and abnormal. 2. In the case of co-owned dogs: a. All co-owners must be Society members OR b. Co-owners must be members of the immediate family – spouse, child or parent.
