Individual Dog – Health Clearance Rebate Application – Jantel Fund
The Jantel Fund is pleased to be able to offer Society members rebates for hip (and elbow) and patella clearances and CAER – Eye Certification. Eligibility is as follows: 1. All results must be published on the OFA database – normal and abnormal. 2. In the case of co-owned dogs: a. All co-owners must be Society members OR b. Co-owners must be members of the immediate family – spouse, child or parent. 3, To meet rebate guidelines – submissions to OFA after August 1, 2023 will be considered for rebate. Clearances completed after January 1, 2026 will receive $200 CDN rebate for hips, elbows, patellas and for Eye Certification Registry (CAER) – $50 CDN rebate.
